The staff was kind and helpful . Upon arrival, I received useful information about the area. I was offered a different room with a balcony and an amazing view of the town and the port.. I had a very comfortable, cozy and spotlessly clean room. The hotel was pretty and different parts of the hotel offered fine views.
The facilities seemed slightly worn.

i received a very warm welcome. the staff offered to drive me to the airport when i had a lost-luggage situation. the view from the room was amazing, and cars can access one of the closest streets to the hotel. this was a plus for taxis, especially with heavy luggage.
the internet speed was slow.

the staff showed kindness and provided helpful information about local activities. they offered a welcome with a smile and treats. daily cleaning and towel replacement occurred, including beach towels.
